Persephone wasn’t searching for the underworld.
She was picking flowers.
A young woman surrounded by beauty and light
Until the ground opened beneath her.
And she was taken.
Down past the petals.
Beneath the roots.
Into the soil.
Into the depths.
This is the story of Scorpio energy.
Not darkness for the sake of pain
But descent for the sake of transformation.
And now, under this Full Moon in Scorpio,
we are all asked to feel what lies beneath the flowers we’ve been tending.
Today's Moon in Scorpio opposes the Sun in Taurus.
Taurus says, "Treasure what’s real. Ground in what feels good. Build something lasting."
Scorpio says: "Feel what you’ve buried. Reveal what you’ve hidden. Surrender what you cannot control."
This is not a moon of surface healing.
It is the one that finds you when you weren’t looking
when you thought you had moved on
when everything looked okay above ground
but your soul was stirring below.
It asks of all of us,
"What truth is ready to rise?"
"What pain is ready to release its grip and be repurposed into power?"
āØ I have lived with this dynamic pull between Scorpio and Taurus energy my entire life. I've kept my creativity hidden for decades...perhaps, lifetimes.
My own path in this lifetime is from the Scorpio South Node to the Taurus North Node,
from intensity to embodiment,
from secrecy to simplicity,
from survival to sensuality.
And maybe that’s your path too.
This Full Moon is your invitation to stop performing being okay
and start remembering what you buried to survive...
To come back up from the underworld not as the same woman
but as Queen of it.
